United States
All the orders delivered in the US will be sent by US Postal. Orders are not subject to Canadian taxes. However, as all orders will go through Customs they will be subject to import rules, U.S. taxes and custom fees. A custom bill will be included with your parcel or it will follow by mail. The recipients have the obligation to pay these fees, tariffs and additional taxes.

Please note  that BPR Inc. cannot give an estimate regarding tariffs. Please check with your local customs office.

International Shipping

Warranty
Bouger pour Réussir Inc. designs superior products. However, if you experience a quality problem with your Bike-Desk, we guarantee it for a period of one year. This warranty applies to the frame, parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Terms of the limited warranty

This limited warranty applies only to the original owner of the products purchased from Bouger pour Réussir Inc. and can in no case be transferred to a subsequent owner. The limited warranty is effective from the date of original purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear, assembly or improper maintenance, breakage resulting from the installation of parts or incompatible accessories, the damage caused by corrosion or fatigue or wear and tear, or damage caused by the use of cleansing agents or additives. This warranty will be void if the damage resulted from an accident, abuse, neglect, modification or processing of the product, abnormal, excessive or incorrect . use This warranty will be void if the bicycle is used outdoors or in a manner other than that for which it was designed. This warranty does not cover the costs of communication and transportation incurred by the customer to return a product under warranty to the authorized manufacturer. In addition, the user must follow the maintenance instructions provided by BPR Inc. so that the guarantee be honoured. Transport costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Bouger pour Réussir Inc. accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund (excluding freight and handling) within 10 days of the date of original purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when sold.
